HBIS Tangsteel Meijin Companyis located in Sijiaying Circular Economy Park, Luan County of Tangshan City, which is a strategic cooperation project between HBIS Tangsteel and Shanxi Meijin Energy Group, and also as the initial project in economic zone. The project uses the advanced technology to build two 65-hole of seven meters complex thermal coke oven and related production ancillary facilities, with an annual output of 1.5 million tons of coke, 320 million cubic meters of commercial coal gas, 74,000 tons of tar, 20000 tons of crude benzene and 20,000 tons of ammonium sulfate of the Phase 1. After the complete of Phase2, the company will achieve an annual output of 3 million tons of coke. Meanwhile, the construction of CDQ residual heat power generation system, it can generate 190 million kw/h, and the self-sufficient rate can reach 100%; with the selection of independent research and development of the most advanced production lines, equipped with energy-efficient equipment CDQ. At the same time, the extraction of refined benzene project and HBIS Tangsteel’s LNG project are constructed in the park that can extend the coking industry chain.
