Harsco(Tangshan)Company is a JV company established by New Business Development Company of HBIS Tangsteel and Harsco(China) Group, it mainly covers slag treatment, slag processing and comprehensive utilization for Hesteel Tangsteel.

The company can process slag of 1.17 million tons of  HBIS Tangsteel, in addition to returns the processed scrap to HBIS Tangsteel, its main task is to use foreign new technology to develop tailings (slag) products.
